Types of Solar Street Lighting : -
a) Individual type
Individual type solar street light are assemble with all accessories of solar panel, battery and LED light fittings. Cost of these will be vary depends on increase on wattage of the LED light, wattage of the solar panel and capacity of battery.
b) Semi-Integrated type
Semi-Integrated type of solar street light name because of integrated of light fittings and battery together and solar panel separately. These can be reduced the extra space and accessories of battery assembly.
c) All-In-One or Integrated type
It is the advanced technology in the solar street light pole all the parts like solar panel, battery and LED light integrated together in one single part.
The solar panel will be mounted on the upper part of the fitting then battery will be placed at middle section and LED light at bottom.
The size of the fittings may vary depends on the wattage of the light and capacity of the battery. It is operated by photosensor which means sensor detect the light at day time to cut off the light and switch ON during night. It charges automatically while sunlight at day time. The special features of this All-in-one fitting is motion sensor. When the objects move it gloves 100% brightness and when detects no object it reduces the brightness to 50% in order to reduce or save battery energy.
